Ciright announces its Mobile Service Application Form, a digital form developed for a consumer based application where a consumer would apply for mobile phone service on a tablet device, such as the EO 440 or 880. The consumer enters their SSN, address, phone numbers, credit history. That information would then be faxed out of the device on a circuit switched network received on the other end in Optical Character Recognition into the mainframe system for processing. The form can also be completed through manual entry in the back office for increased functionality. Now, the wireless carrier retail channel and agents will be able to increase proficiency in customer applications for service.
The Mobile Service Application Form Benefits both Wireless Carriers and Consumers
